Faeger Co. Ltd.. (Philippines) (“Faeger”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use Faeger AWD (“the App”).
2. What Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of personal data:
- Full name, residential address and bank account
- Farm location data (GPS coordinates or map-based information)
- Crop production and harvest records
- Fertilizer application records
- Photographs of irrigation systems (pipes and water management structures)
- Contact information such as phone number, Facebook account and email address
- Any other information relating to you which is collected via the App 3. Purpose of Data Collection
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
- To assess and verify eligibility for carbon credit programs
- To submit reports to carbon credit certifiers and registries
- To manage contracts and agreements with Faeger
- To process payments and incentives
- To communicate with you about project updates
- To carry out all other activities necessary for the operation and administration of the App
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We collect and process your personal data based on:
- Your explicit consent (obtained via app registration or written agreement)
- Our contractual obligations as part of the carbon project
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Legitimate interests in managing and evaluating project data
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your personal data with the following parties:
- Independent verifiers and certifiers involved in carbon credit validation (e.g., 【Example Organization])

6. Data Retention
We will retain your personal data until the completion of the carbon credit project in which you are participating, or for as long as required by applicable laws or certification standards (e.g., up to 3 years post-project). After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Use of Anonymized Data
We may generate anonymized data by aggregating or otherwise processing your personal data in a manner that makes it impossible to identify you. We may use such anonymized data to improve our services, develop insights, and support future projects.
8. Consent for Offline Users
If you are unable to access the App online, you may provide your consent through an authorized representative. In such cases, we may require your representative to provide documentation evidencing their authority to act on your behalf.
Notwithstanding any verification of such authority conducted by us, Faeger shall not be liable in the event that the representative was not duly authorized to act on your behalf.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is used
- Access your personal data
- Object to processing of personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion or blocking
- Data portability
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC)
